What is Shilpon Locker?
Shilpon Locker is a device-financing platform by Shilpon. It lets smartphone retailers sell phones on EMI while protecting against default using Power Lock MDM and the Locker app.
What is the Power Lock app?
Power Lock is the retailer app. Retailers use it to register financed devices, manage EMI plans, and control handsets remotely from the Shilpon dashboard.
What is the difference between the Locker app and the Running Phone app?
Both are customer apps for the financed phone. The Locker app installs first as an MDM (device admin) and is preferred. The Running Phone app is a user-level fallback installed after initial setup when MDM installation is blocked. A single device uses only one of them.
What does MDM (Mobile Device Management) do here?
The Locker MDM lets you lock, unlock, and send reminders to a financed device remotely. If EMI payments are missed, the device can be locked to prevent misuse until payment resumes.
How do I download the apps?
Download the Retailer app (Power Lock) and Customer app (Locker) directly from the buttons at the top of this page. The Running Phone app has its own download button in the section below the hero.
